Lemyi is a curated marketplace built on trust, professionalism, and clear expectations. Every creator on the platform is expected to behave in a way that protects brands, fellow creators, and the integrity of the ecosystem as a whole.

This code of conduct exists to make sure opportunities remain fair, payments remain secure, and collaborations stay professional for everyone involved.

Being approved on Lemyi means you agree to follow these standards at all times.

Professional conduct is required at every stage

Creators are expected to behave professionally from the moment they apply, not just once a deal is active.

This includes:

  • Communicating clearly and respectfully

  • Submitting honest and accurate information

  • Responding to offers and messages in a timely manner

  • Treating brands and Lemyi staff professionally, even when declining opportunities

Lemyi is not a casual DM marketplace. Brands expect reliability, and creators are expected to meet that standard.

Accuracy and honesty are non-negotiable

Creators must ensure that all information on their profile is truthful and up to date.

This includes:

  • Social media accounts and follower counts

  • Engagement metrics and past work examples

  • Availability and turnaround timelines

  • Skills, niches, and content capabilities

Misrepresentation, inflated metrics, or misleading claims undermine trust and may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

Respect the platform workflow

Lemyi has a structured hiring process designed to protect both sides. Creators must follow it.

Creators must:

  • Apply only through job listings

  • Wait for official deal offers before starting work

  • Accept or decline deals within the platform

  • Deliver work only after a deal becomes active

Creators must not:

  • Request payment outside the platform

  • Start work before a deal is funded

  • Attempt to bypass Lemyi’s deal or payment flow

These rules exist to prevent unpaid work and disputes.

Communication standards

Creators are expected to communicate professionally and responsibly.

This means:

  • No harassment, pressure tactics, or aggressive language

  • No repeated or spam messages to brands

  • No demands for immediate responses

  • No unprofessional behavior when a deal is declined or expires

Shortlisting or discussion does not guarantee a hire. Professionalism must be maintained regardless of outcome.

Delivery expectations

Once a deal is active, creators are expected to:

  • Deliver the agreed deliverables

  • Meet the agreed timeline

  • Follow usage rights and content guidelines

  • Communicate promptly if issues or delays arise

Missed deadlines without communication, incomplete delivery, or ignoring agreed terms may lead to warnings or removal from the platform.

Intellectual property and usage rights

Creators must respect usage rights agreed to in the deal.

This includes:

  • Delivering content that matches the licensed usage scope

  • Not reusing or reselling content where exclusivity applies

  • Not altering terms after delivery

Usage rights are part of the deal agreement and must be honored.

No off-platform transactions

Creators are strictly prohibited from:

  • Asking brands to pay outside Lemyi

  • Sharing personal payment details to bypass invoices

  • Redirecting brands to other platforms for payment

This puts both parties at risk and removes creator protections.

Any attempt to move payments off-platform may result in immediate suspension.

Zero tolerance for abuse or fraud

Lemyi does not tolerate:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Fake accounts or impersonation

  • Harassment or discriminatory behavior

  • Repeated rule violations

These behaviors harm the platform and will result in permanent removal.

Enforcement and consequences

If a creator violates platform rules, Lemyi may take action including:

  • Warnings

  • Temporary suspension

  • Permanent removal from the platform

The severity of action depends on the nature and frequency of the violation.

Lemyi always prioritizes fairness, but protecting the marketplace comes first.

Why this code exists

This code of conduct is not about control. It exists to:

  • Protect creators from unpaid work

  • Protect brands from unreliable engagements

  • Maintain high-quality opportunities

  • Ensure long-term trust in the marketplace

Following these standards helps everyone succeed.
